Trinity Towers is a mixed use development by the City of David Church in Oniru. It will consist of 3 towers linked together with 14 floors each. The tower in the center is designated for business activity, office space etc, and will include a helipad at its top. The second and third towers include restaurants, indoor pools, retail offices and 2 cinema halls.
Trinity Towers will have also a 5,000 person capacity auditorium, which is presumably for the Church, a multi-storey car park for up to 670 cars, gym and wellness center, medical center and facilities as well as a roof terrace for social gatherings.
Yesufu Abiodun Oniru Way, where the project will be located is already home to Fourpoints Hotel, the prospective Art Hotel development, as well as an approved 25 floor mixed use development by Kunoch. Access on this road will need to be considerably upgraded for all these developments to be successful.
