Engr.  Ishaq Mohammed, Chairman

Engr. Ishaq Mohammed is the chairman of ‘Synergy Real Property Ltd’. He is a registered fellow with a host of societies; the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Chartered Institute of Highways & Transportation (MIHT), United Kingdom,  American Society of Engineers (MASCE),USA, Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria .

Engr. Ishaq Mohammed’s experience spanned Senior Group Engineer in the highways section of Atkins (H&T) Birmingham office; the preparation of scheme reports and engineering design for several Trunk Road projects (including schemes within the Area 10, 11, 12 and 18 Highways Agency Networks). He was responsible for the development of a light rail route in West Midlands. Engr. Ishaq served in multiple capacities in the Nigerian Road Sector since 1988 and has gained experience in Road Sector Construction and Management spanning over 24 years.

He is passionate about the company exceeding clients expectations.

Prof . Falade -Vice Chairman

Prof. G.O Falade is the vice-chairman of Synergy Real property. He is the seating Professor of Tourism at the Department of Tourism and Events Management, College of Social and Management Sciences of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. He is a consultant in Tourism, Hospitality, Estate Management and advisory services.

Prof. Falade is an associate member of the British Institute of Management, Travel and Tourism Research Association (NY Chapter), Environment and Behaviour Association of Nigeria (EBAN), Hospitality and Tourism Management Association of Nigeria (HATMAN) and other accredited Tourism and Hospitality bodies. His Ph.D thesis is titled, ‘Socio-Economic Evaluation of Wildlife-Based Tourism Development in selected Conservation Areas in Nigeria’. His MPS is in Travel, Tourism and Transportation Management New York, NY and B.Sc in Business and Management (UK).

Professor Falade is a man of trust and integrity. He is currently the Coordinator, Department of Tourism and Events Management Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD).

Mr Adeeko – Board Member

Mr Adeeko Olaleye is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) .

He has over 11 years of experience in Real Estate. He is experienced in Project Management, Property Management, Property Development, Sales, Letting and Valuation. He combines his experience with a Christian Ministry. He is a member of International Facility Management Association and a certified Project Manager.

He is happily married and lives in Abuja with his family.
