Tola Ogunleye

Tola Ogunleye (MD) manages Synergy Real Estate Property. She is experienced in Insurance, Banking and Real Estate. She previously managed a supply chain firm, MaglyGold Ltd. Tola is passionate about customer service, she is determined to give every client of the company a unique and above par experience, tailoring services to meet their specific needs at specific times.

Tola holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Ibadan. She has concluded training from John C. Maxwell’s Leadership Training Programme and Project Management from the British School of Project Management. She is pursuing a Masters Degree at the Ahmadu Bello University in International Affairs and Diplomacy. Tola is married with two kids.

Kehinde Etti (Financial/Project Manager) manages the marketing arm of our company. She is a graduate of B.Eng  from the School of Engineering at Cranfield University, RMCS, UK. Having had six years financial experience, with the likes of Invesco Perpetual and Newedage (UK) she manages the company’s finances. Kehinde is a programmer, an avid reader, and a heap of knowledge in the real estate business.

HON. PETER JIYA (Legal Adviser/Secretary) is the Managing Partner. He graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1982 with LLB (Hons) and called to the Nigerian Bar in June

 

 1983. Exposed to both local and international training including but not limited to Akintola WIlliams & Co. in 1990 (Secretarial attachment) and EuroMoney training on Assets Securitization and Advance Management Technics courses etc. He belongs to such professional bodies like the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA),  International Bar Association (IBA), and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and nominated Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Corporate Trustees.

Work Experience: Serve as State Counsel, Ministry of Justice, Minna, Niger State (1984 to ’86) First Bank of Nigeria Plc, legal Officer (1986 to 89) and extensive exposure with U.B.A Trustees Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary f United Bank for Africa Plc (1989 to 96) as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser at Management Cadre. He was in-charge of Trust & Corporate Administration services (Functions include Trust documentation of consortium lending, Capital market issues, Personal Trust documentation and administration, Appointment and supervision of Receiver/Manager to Companies in Receivership and/or Liquidation.

Legal Practice: Disengaged from UBA Trustees Limited to set up practice under the name and style of P.N JIYA & Co. and later founded the Firm of GREENFIELDS along with other professionals with bias for Securities & Trust documentations, insolvency, Environmental, Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Energy, Maritime and litigation etc.

Also, from 2003 to 2007 he was Member of the ECOWAS Parliament and served in the Laws, Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee and Secretary to the Nigerian Caucus. Within the same period he was member of the Nigerian delegation to International Parliamentary Organization such as African Parliamentary Union (APU), Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA – International & African Regions), Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and also the UN-IPU meetings, the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific – European Union Joint Parliamentary Assembly (ACP-EU), and Parliamentary Network on the World Bank (PNOWB).
